Why does the most people think that bloomers only made for under a lolita skirt or without one for a Ero Lolita outfit???
I mean Bloomers are made in the victorian era but they worn from women as the first trousers for women!! and not for under a skirt, because the underwear for the women at this time was different and men didn’t wore underwear they wore long shirts…
